A true story of Polish Ace of Space inspired by Arkady Fiedler`s bestseller of the same title. Polish pilots, initially underestimated and mocked, become a legend. As a part of the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom (RAF), they constitute an elite unit – 303 Squadron, which has no equal. At the time when every day could be the last, they did not hesitate to perform airborne evolution on the verge of madness. The film tells the story not only about the spectacular actions they participated in during the Battle of Britain, but also shows their private live – whom they loved, whom they lost and whom they missed.
